HANDSET CORD OPTIONS
Our standard handset coil cord is hardwired to the intercom circuit board. Standard - 9’ coil cord comes standard on all intercoms
An Armor Cord * can be substituted for the standard 9’ coil cord. Installation of
an armor cord includes the strain relief “Bootie” and internal clip for added strength.
Standard cable lengths include: 20", 24", 29", 32", 36”, 47”, 49.5", 54" Add $10 for any up to 36” and $15 for up to 54”
A Modular Handset and cord can be substituted for the hardwired coil cord for no additional cost. Modular handsets include the 9’ coil cord with modular plugs at both ends.
This “C” carbon transmitter element is the same as it was 100 years ago. It is still the the standard in our intercoms. They had been briefly discontinued but we have secured a source of very good carbons.
This “E” electret transmitter element is the electronic version of the carbon element. A “Carbon Equivalent”, it eliminates the carbon granule packing problems found in the standard handset transmitters.
With this Noise Canceling Microphone* the clarity of your conversations will be improved for both parties whenever the surrounding background noise is a problem. The best Noise Canceling microphone that we tested. Clear, concise and almost noise free communications. Add $40 for this option
* These options have a slightly higher cost than the standard equipment.
